About the Role

The Inventory Replenishment Planner is responsible for maximizing global in-stock rates and inventory availability for the apparel product category. This individual contributor serves as the day-to-day owner of apparel replenishment, proactively monitoring inventory levels, executing replenishment actions, and resolving stock issues before they impact sales.

The role requires close partnership with store managers, sales teams, wholesale partners, and planning functions to ensure key apparel styles remain available to customers. Through a combination of inventory analysis and hands-on relationship management, this person will identify risks, coordinate replenishment, and drive execution to maximize sellthrough and wholesale order fulfillment.

What You Bring

- Maintain in-stock positions for core apparel styles, sizes, and colors across all channels.
- Conduct regular touchpoints with store managers to understand inventory needs, identify emerging stock issues, and ensure stores have the products needed to drive sales.
- Review store-level inventory and sales performance to proactively replenish key items before stockouts occur.
- Monitor wholesale purchase orders and partner with internal teams to maximize fill rates and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Track open orders, inventory constraints, and at-risk SKUs, escalating issues and driving resolution.
- Coordinate inventory transfers and replenishment actions to address localized shortages.
- Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Retail Operations, and Distribution teams to improve inventory availability.
- Maintain reporting on apparel inventory health, in-stock rates, fill rates, and key replenishment risks.
- Serve as the primary point person for apparel replenishment execution across retail and wholesale channels.

What You'll Do

- Greater than 2 years of experience in apparel replenishment, allocation, inventory planning, or merchandise planning

- Strong understanding of apparel inventory management

- Strong Excel and analytical skills

- Comfortable working independently and managing detailed, recurring execution

- Ability to identify inventory risks early and drive cross-functional resolution
