JOB SUMMARY

ONEOK is seeking an Inclusion and Diversity Consultant to lead impactful programs and initiatives that advance our commitment to inclusion, engagement and belonging. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with leaders, HR teams, Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and the Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity Council to develop innovative programs, events, training and communications that strengthen workplace culture and support business success. Job Profile Summary

The Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Consultant leads the development and execution of programs that advance ONEOK’s I&D strategy. As a member of the Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity (EID) team, this role supports the EID Council and Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to help advance an inclusive culture where employees feel valued, respected and engaged, in support of ONEOK’s core values and business objectives. This role works independently on moderately complex projects and assignments under limited supervision, with direct impact on departmental results.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise-wide I&D and core values programs, initiatives, events, campaigns and trainings.

- Lead day-to-day Business Resource Group (BRG) operations, including event delivery, volunteer management, leadership development, communications, budget tracking and program reporting.

- Recruit, develop and support internal volunteers and planning committees across locations and business segments.

- Design and deliver training that builds employee knowledge and understanding of I&D and ONEOK’s core values.

- Manage EID Council meetings and related activities, including agendas, materials, logistics, follow-up and commitment tracking.

- Develop and execute I&D communication content, toolkits, digital resources and internal and external web pages.

- Advise leaders, HR partners and other departments on I&D initiatives, building relationships and connecting them with available resources.

- Evaluate program results using employee feedback, participation data and observation, and recommend adjustments that strengthen I&D’s impact across business segments.

- Identify and implement improvements to I&D processes, systems and programs to enhance performance..

- Mentor team members, share best practices and lead significant parts of moderately complex projects, delegating tasks as needed.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or a combination of formal education and relevant experience.

Work Experience

- Required: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience leading or coordinating projects, programs, events, volunteer groups or similar initiatives, including engaging stakeholders and facilitating meetings or presentations.

- Preferred: Experience delivering programs across multiple locations or business segments and advising leaders on inclusion and diversity, organizational culture, human resources or related business initiatives.
