Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Hamilton, ON. As a  Pre-Owned Car Sales Representative , you will play a vital role in our daily operations by fulfilling all documentation requirements for transactions, auctions, administrative tasks, and ownership transfers of vehicles. You will also be responsible for providing excellent Kenny U-Pull customer service and assisting our sales teams.

What you're responsible for:

- Ensuring all inventory is test driven and information sheets are complete on each vehicle for sale
- Completing car sales checklist for each vehicle listed
- Updating website with available inventory for sale
- Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed
- Preparing inventory for weekly auctions
- Greeting customers, helping answer questions and advising while providing excellent customer service
- Completing all Service Ontario/SAAQ transactions for transfer of ownerships
- Working with sales team as needed and any call to action from Branch Manager 
- Providing consistent communication with Branch Manager and Car Sales Manager

Qualifications

To join our team:

- You have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales
- You have your OMVIC certification or are willing to obtain
- You have a G license and access to a vehicle
- You have excellent communication and customer service skills
- You are able to work independently and in a team environment
- You are task oriented and able to solve problems
