Shift: 1st shift - 6:00 am - 4:15 pm (Mon-Thurs)
Pay & Total Rewards
The pay range for this position is $16.70-$23.45 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime. The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.

Position Summary
As a Level II Auxiliary Operator, you’ll perform standard auxiliary operations with limited assistance while meeting quality, safety, and performance expectations. You’ll follow standard work instructions in order to maintain process flow, recognize common issues, and make appropriate adjustments or escalate when needed.
What You'll Do
- Perform basic, moderate, and routine auxiliary operations with limited assistance.
- Use required controls, tooling, holders, fixtures, and documentation to complete assigned work.
- Perform multiple bench operations and setups according to standard work.
- Set up and operate routine parts on standard equipment with minimal follow-up.
- Follow quality guidelines, product segregation procedures, and visual requirements for manufactured products.
- Support product flow, 5S, visual management, and applicable lean practices within the department.
- Recognize and follow applicable Swagelok procedures and training plan requirements.
What Makes You Successful
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 months of applicable auxiliary operations experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in routine operations,
- Able to follow standard work instructions, quality expectations, and safe work practices.
Physical Requirements
This position requires working in a manufacturing environment and may include:
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.
- Lifting materials weighing 25–35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Working safely around manufacturing equipment.
- Passing required vision acuity testing, where applicable.
