Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-impact operational, administrative, and coordination support to BRG’s Industries and Special Practices (ISP) leadership and Experts. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced consulting environment. The position is responsible for anticipating needs, taking ownership of key activities, and supporting effective collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage email, calendars, travel, and logistics for multiple Experts.
- Review, triage, and proactively manage email communication for multiple Experts.
- Maintain comprehensive schedules including to‑do lists, internal meetings, client meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
- Coordinate with BRG and client Executive Assistants to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and maintain focus and structure for internal and client meetings.
- Schedule and manage client meetings, workshops, and cross‑functional sessions.
- Write clear, accurate meeting minutes for internal and client discussions.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule team events and client‑facing events.
- Lead or support the facilitation of meetings and workshops.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide tactical support to help implement strategic ideas and initiatives.
- Manage expense reports and time entry for multiple Experts.
- Deliver additional administrative support as identified by leadership and Experts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with foundational understanding of business management, finance, or communications.
- Minimum of 3 years supporting executive leadership teams in a similar capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives, professional services teams, or consulting practices in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, and communicate effectively. The position is primarily sedentary and involves extended periods of working at a computer. The employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms. Lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds may be required occasionally. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
This role may operate in a professional office environment or a remote/home office setting, depending on business needs and company policy. The position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and other technology tools necessary for virtual collaboration. Employees are expected to maintain a safe and productive workspace, whether onsite or remote.
Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000
