Unifi is hiring a Recruiter to support high-volume frontline hiring efforts. This role will partner with operational leaders to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract qualified candidates. This role will also analyze recruitment data, track hiring performance, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
**This role will be based out of Houston, TX and require travel to other locations**
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
First 90 Days
- Develop a strong understanding of Unifi’s recruiting processes, systems, hiring standards, and business needs.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and key cross-functional partners.
- Begin independently managing assigned requisitions, including intake/strategy meetings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring manager communication.
- Develop sourcing strategies and begin building diverse candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Become familiar with key recruiting metrics, reporting expectations, and hiring trends.
First 180 Days
- Independently manage a full requisition workload while effectively prioritizing competing hiring needs and timelines.
- Consistently present qualified, competitive candidates who align with position requirements and business needs.
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate availability, and hiring challenges.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines recurring or difficult-to-fill positions.
- Consistently meet established expectations for candidate communication, ATS accuracy, reporting, and recruiting processes.
- Use recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities to improve sourcing, candidate flow, and hiring efficiency.
First 360 Days
- Demonstrate full ownership of assigned recruiting areas and consistently deliver against hiring goals and timelines.
- Maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and proactively anticipate upcoming recruiting needs.
- Develop sustainable talent pipelines and sourcing strategies that reduce time to fill and strengthen candidate quality.
- Leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to provide recommendations and support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, reporting, interview practices, or candidate experience.
- Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and demonstrate the ability to support evolving business and recruiting priorities.
Basic Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally supporting an industry with a high-volume of frontline, hourly employees
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking recruiting metrics, analyzing data, and developing reports to support hiring decisions.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment data.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
