Job Description

Join our mission to deliver learning experiences and knowledge resources that close skill gaps, preserve the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) knowledge, and empower employees to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

The ISC Enablement & Early Career Lead will work with Integrated Supply Chain's Workforce Enablement Team to evolve ongoing programs, develop new content and deliver key training content to internal employees.

You will report to the Manager, ISC Workforce Skills Enablement.

You will work on-site in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

- Partner with ISC functions, HR, and Organization Talent & Transformation to create multi-mode, asynchronous and synchronous learning series targeting main Company-wide and ISC Skills. Curate materials using Rockwell Automation's library of content.
- Equip and support SMEs with adult learning and facilitation skills. Co-facilitate live virtual sessions while supporting the learner.
- Promote an ISC Workforce Development continuous improvement culture for our products and services, which includes the collection of user feedback, advising on industry best practices for talent development that would benefit ISC and evaluating skills data with HR to identify and close gaps.
- Deliver cyclical actions associated with ISC's early career programs, including program associate onboarding, end of term readouts, monthly communications and regularly scheduled mentoring meetings with continuing associates. Manage an international cohort of early career associates primarily located in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.
- Source the workforce of the future by coordinating yearly ISC recruitment efforts at main college campuses and national conferences. Primary recruitment areas of responsibility will be for events located in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

- Bachelor's degree
- Permanent authorization to work in the country in which you are hired. Rockwell Automation will not sponsor employees for this role now nor in the future.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for up to 30% of your working time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering/science or human resources
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Industrial Automation either in Projects or Training development and delivery.
- Typically requires no previous management experience.
- Data analysis and report generation skills.
- Direct experience with Rockwell Automation's early career programs.
- Experience using A.I. or Co-pilot technologies to create training efficiencies.
- Solid knowledge and demonstrated application of adult learning and instructional design methods to meet the needs of learners.
- Passion for adult learning and early career talent development.
- A growth mindset biased towards execution.
- Prior experience with early career talent recruitment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
