Position Specific Description
• Partner with Engineering, Project Management, Legal, Construction, Finance, and Operations to develop bid packages, evaluate proposals, resolve commercial issues, and support project execution.
• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement of major equipment for large-scale natural gas power plant projects, including development of sourcing strategies, competitive solicitations, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, monitor market conditions and capacity constraints, and identify opportunities to improve supply security, commercial leverage, and total cost.
