Overview

The Manager of Sales Enablement is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Chadwell Supply’s Sales Enablement programs, including training, development, tools, and processes that support consistent salesforce performance. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role translates the enablement strategy and priorities established by the Director into scheduled and delivered programs, supports the systems used by the field, and ensures enablement content and processes remain current and accurate.

The Manager serves as a primary day-to-day contact for the field on enablement tools and content and coordinates with Information Technology (IT) on platform issues and enhancement requests. Architecture, security, and data governance decisions are escalated to the Director of Sales Enablement.

This role also manages the Sales Enablement support team and is responsible for the day-to-day direction and execution of its work. Through effective program execution, field support, and maintenance of sales content and systems, the Manager of Sales Enablement supports efforts to improve win rates, shorten ramp time, and increase sales productivity.

What you will need

- 4+ years of Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Training, sales systems support, or related commercial discipline.
- 2+ years of direct people-management experience, including coaching, performance management, and workload prioritization.
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams, including field-based or geographically distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience as a power user or support resource for a CRM or comparable sales technology platform.
- Background in instructional design, training delivery, sales process documentation, or enablement platform support.
- Experience in distribution, industrial B2B, multifamily, or field-based sales organizations preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, sales tools, and AI productivity platforms, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot independently.

How you will make an Impact
Enablement Program Execution
- Execute the Sales Enablement roadmap established by the Director, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for assigned initiatives.
- Maintain established operating rhythms for training, tool adoption, onboarding, content updates, and field communication.
- Compile and distribute enablement KPI reporting on readiness, adoption, and impact, and identify trends, gaps, and risks for the Director.
Training & Skill Development
- Execute the training strategy, curriculum, and priorities established by the Director of Sales Enablement, translating them into scheduled and delivered programs.
- Coordinate and deliver training, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, technical training, and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, and job aids that support the approved curriculum across all sales channels.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, invitations, facilitator coordination, attendance, and completion tracking.
- Report participation, completion, and feedback results to the Director and communicate field observed capability gaps for consideration in setting future priorities.
- Coordinate with Chadwell University on scheduling, course hosting, completion tracking, and reporting. 
Systems Support
- Drive tool adoption through enablement sessions, office hours, tip sheets, and direct follow-up with low-adoption users and territories.
- Submit and track enhancement requests with Information Technology (IT), participate in user acceptance testing, and coordinate change communications to the field.
- Track recurring support themes and report potential training, process, or configuration opportunities to the Director.
Sales Process & Productivity Support
- Document and maintain standardized sales processes, playbooks, and best practices. o Identify workflow challenges in the field and recommend tool or process improvements to the Director.
- Support Revenue Operations Support with forecasting inputs, pipeline hygiene, and account management process execution.
- Coordinate with IT to support the configuration, testing, and deployment of process changes. o Content & Communication
- Build and maintain sales content libraries, including playbooks, collateral, messaging, templates, and onboarding materials.
- Ensure content remains accessible, version-controlled, consistent, and reviewed on an established refresh cycle.
- Produce and distribute field communications in coordination with Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work with Marketing and Merchandising on campaigns, messaging, product launches, and content support.
- Partner with Merchandising and Revenue Operations Support to translate product positioning, pricing, and insights into field-ready enablement materials.
- Coordinate with IT on the day-to-day execution of Sales Enablement initiatives.
- Support Chadwell Services by incorporating service-related training and tools into enablement workflows.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Enablement support team, providing day-to-day direction, workload prioritization, and quality review.
- Establish role clarity, individual goals, KPIs, and professional development plans aligned with the Director’s Sales Enablement objectives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide performance feedback, administer formal performance reviews, and approve timecards and time-off requests.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
