# Position Summary
Manage all aspects of Event Support/Production enterprise service to include event coordination, technology support, user experience, and supervising student staff. Ability and customer service skillset to work with VIP individuals on a regular basis. Creative troubleshooting skills necessary to assure all event support goes smoothly and efficiently. Assure the entire user experience from requesting AV support (in person, webinar, hybrid, etc…) to the actual event to post-production and billing is at the highest levels.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide primary streaming, technology, and service support to a variety of increasingly important Washington University functions such as Board of Trustees committee(s) hybrid meetings, Commencement (Fall and Spring, including all school recognition ceremonies) streaming, Convocation and Match Day streaming, Faculty Senate Counsel meetings, and Parents Counsel meetings.
- Supervise all aspects of Event Support/Production enterprise service.
- Assist with pre-production (request intake, customer coordination, allocate equipment and personnel and execute technical rehearsals).
- Assist with production (equipment operation, troubleshoot technical issues, Livestream and/or Zoom).
- Assist with post-production (edit, publish and deliver recordings, project closing to include providing billing.
- Provide assistance and back-up to the AV Production Support Specialist.
- Hire, train, and allocate all student employees to events as required.
- Manage all A/V equipment to include maintenance and purchasing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

$27.21 - $43.56 / Hourly
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
