SWTO, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary and private fuel delivery fleet of 7-Eleven & SEI Fuels.

We compliment 7-Eleven’s existing carrier portfolio with a fleet of 200+ power units.  Our 450+ drivers will deliver ~1.8 billion gallons of gas, diesel and ethanol, mainly to retail convenience stores and commercial fueling centers.

JOB SUMMARY :

Will oversee and facilitate the preventative maintenance program of the fuel delivery equipment (Class 8 tractors and tank trailers).  This includes coordinating fleet services and repairs with the fleet maintenance team, third-party vendors and other internal stakeholders.

In addition, will oversee the vehicle damage reporting with Company's third-party administrator for recovery of vehicle repair costs.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :

- Coordinate, plan, and execute Company’s fleet preventive maintenance program with Fleet Operations team, Fleet Maintenance team and third-party vendors.
- Manage and oversee the use of third-party vendor for vehicle services and repairs, including the review and approval of estimates, issuance of purchase/repair orders and approval of invoices for repairs and service work
- Oversee and maintain Company’s Fleet Maintenance Software (FMS) system with strong focus on regulatory compliance and vehicle repair history (data integrity).
- Provide details for the recovery expenses with Company’s third-party agent (TPA) for vehicle damage claims
- Generate fleet maintenance performance reports
- Conduct reviews (audits) of internal repair order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy requirements
