FORCE PM is an organization of Technical Program Managers focused on Meta's data center infrastructure. We collaborate with Meta's Engineering, Operations, Logistics, and other teams to operationalize new technologies, processes, and innovative automation to operate at a global scale.

Responsibilities
Independently create project structure, communication plans, and execution frameworks for programs spanning a few teams within one domain
Drive accountability for progress — track milestones, escalate risks, and ensure teams deliver on commitments
Identify and resolve bounded complex problems on specific systems or components within your program area by pulling in the right people and unblocking dependencies
Execute within the strategic vision laid out for your programs; proactively identify gap areas and raise them with minimal direction
Drive delivery of technical solutions through effective cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, logistics, and partner teams
Define and deliver on technical requirements that solve infrastructure or operational problems in conjunction with engineering partners
Contribute to measurement frameworks — drive execution against defined success metrics and rollout plans
Build partnerships to mobilize people and influence across partner teams within your domain
Identify and improve inefficiencies in how we operate — work with speed and simplicity through clear documentation, timely follow-through, and good meeting hygiene
Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate delivery, automate repetitive work, and expand your reach across disciplines
Qualifications
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta
4+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Technical experience in planning, deploying, or operating cloud or data center infrastructure technology
Experience working across teams to drive decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and negotiate competing priorities
Experience evaluating and improving end-to-end processes with functional and/or technical solutions
Track record of delivering results using technology solutions in infrastructure, operations, or engineering domains PMP or similar certifications
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Hands-on engineering experience in hardware, systems, software, data/analytics, or related fields
Experience driving execution across multiple workstreams simultaneously
Data center experience or knowledge
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
