Position Summary:
As the Business Continuity and Industrial Security Analyst you will be responsible to support the implementation and adherence of the U.S. Department of War (DoW) and Rolls-Royce Corporate & Defense Security standards which include Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Strategies, Security And Resilience Framework (SARF), Risk Analysis, and National Industrial Security Program (NISP) compliance.

This will include reviewing and updating risk assessments, business impact analysis, strategy selection, and the documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures. This position is expected to learn and apply the appropriate security and compliance measures to adequately mitigate a myriad of security threats in compliance with NISP.  Moreover, you will be responsible for supporting, interpreting, administering and enforcing U.S. government and company security policies, procedures, requirements and directives.

What you will be doing :

- Update Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies to minimize downtime.
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) with key stakeholders to identify critical business functions and assess potential risks.
- Schedule, facilitate, and analyze results from regular training and table top exercises.
- Support response efforts during actual emergencies, assisting in incident management and recovery.
- Work with business leaders, IT, global teammates and external vendors to ensure robust, company-wide preparedness.
- Assist in implementing federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
- Develop, implement and revise security forms, processes and procedures
- Prepares and conducts security education classes and security audits
- Ensure that classified information entrusted to the company is properly safeguarded as outlined in the NISP.
- Coordinate and interface with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) leading up to and during audits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the oversight for the U.S. Defense employee travel security program.
- Prepare comprehensive reports of investigation and case presentations, advising appropriate personnel and various levels of management, as well as law enforcement agencies as necessary.
- Support physical security site assessments of various Rolls-Royce facilities to identify strengths and weaknesses based upon location, threat to facility, and value of assets located at each facility.

Basic Requirements:

- Associate's degree with 4 + years of experience in Business Continuity Management or Industrial Security OR;
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management or Industrial Security OR;
- Masters degree OR;
- PhD OR;
- In lieu of a degree, 6 + years of experience in Business Continuity Management or Industrial Security
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US citizen.
- Secret Security clearance required

Preferred Requirements:

- Knowledge and experience in Business continuity planning and/or Industrial Security experience
- Knowledge in emergency or crisis management
