About the role:
CLA is looking to hire a Clerical Timekeeper for our on-site Contract Services team in Pontiac, Illinois. This role acts as a timekeeper for clients, who reviews time reports, checks the payroll system for irregularities and discrepancies, and assists with creating payroll documents for employees’ pay hours. As a Clerical Time Keeper, you will:
- Review time reports for accuracy.
- Check the payroll system for any irregularities and/or discrepancies.
- Assist with creating payroll documents for employees’ pay hours.
- Communicate frequently with supervisors and employees about employee pay hours and resolves discrepancies timely.
Job Requirements
- Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is required.
- Experience with Kronos is preferred, but not required.

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $15.70 – $26.00
