Logistics Specialist - Dispensing (Nights)
Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)

As a Logistics Specialist - Dispensing, you will play a critical role in supporting the manufacture of therapeutic proteins by ensuring raw materials are accurately dispensed, documented, and delivered in compliance with cGMP standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to build experience within a GMP manufacturing environment, develop technical skills, and contribute directly to the production of life-changing therapies. You'll gain exposure to advanced manufacturing processes while working closely with Manufacturing and Logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
Shift: Rotating 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on an alternating 2-2-3 schedule.

What you will do
- Dispense liquid and powder raw materials, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials, acids, and bases under cGMP conditions
- Execute dispensing processes, process recipes, and material handling activities to support manufacturing operations
- Perform basic laboratory tasks including pH testing, conductivity testing, and sampling activities as required
- Complete documentation and electronic records in accordance with cGMP and GDP requirements
- Prepare materials for transport and delivery to manufacturing suites while performing material transactions within software systems
- Perform equipment cleaning, sanitization, and qualification activities while adhering to SOPs and safety requirements
- Participate in safety inspections, shift meetings, training activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related environments preferred
- Ability to learn and follow cGMP requirements, SOPs, and detailed work instructions
- Comfortable working in a Grade C cleanroom environment while gowned and wearing required PPE
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance
- Ability to utilize SAP and other manufacturing software applications
- Team-oriented individual with strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
