Project Manager – Health & Wellness

As a Project Manager within Zeno’s Health & Wellness practice, you will be a key connector across Account, Creative, Strategy, Paid, Digital, Earned, Production, Finance and other specialty teams. You will help drive integrated client programs from planning through delivery—managing timelines, budgets, resources and workflows while proactively identifying risks and ensuring teams have the clarity, context and support they need to deliver their best work.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, solutions-oriented and curious about how to make good work even better. You’ll build deep project management and business acumen, help teams navigate the unique complexity of Health & Wellness communications, and identify smarter, more efficient ways of working that strengthen the experience of our clients and colleagues alike.
About the Role:
- Project Coordination & Delivery: Support the delivery of larger projects and / or own day-to-day project management of smaller integrated workstreams, from intake and scoping through delivery with oversight from Senior Project Managers and / or Project Management lead. Establish clear timelines, milestones, owners and next steps; proactively identify risks; and drive accountability across teams to keep work moving.
- Budget & Scope Support: Assist with statements of work (SOWs), budget tracking, forecasting and scope management while helping identify potential project risks or changes.
- Program Planning & Workflow Coordination: Develop and maintain project timelines and help coordinate priorities across client teams and specialty practices while anticipating needs, resolving issues, and removing barriers as they arise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with client teams, finance, resource management and agency specialists to facilitate communication, coordinate deliverables and support integrated programs; Schedule and attend internal meetings, communicate next steps, and assign ownership of tasks
- Operations & Process Support: Help maintain project templates, documentation and workflows while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and team collaboration.
- Team Support & Professional Growth: Build project management skills by working closely with experienced team members, contributing ideas and supporting a collaborative environment where people can learn and grow.
- Health & Wellness Fluency: Understand the unique considerations of Health & Wellness communications, including client/stakeholder review processes, claims and messaging requirements, and the need to coordinate timely input across subject matter experts and specialty partners.
About You:
- 3+ years of project management, integrated marketing / PR agency, advertising, digital, or related experience.
- Experience coordinating projects, timelines and deliverables across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with budgets, statements of work (SOWs) and project tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multi-task, while working calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to keep teams informed and aligned.
- Ability to organize complex information into clear project plans and actionable next steps.
- Curiosity and passion for improving workflows and supporting operational excellence.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, ask questions and contribute ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting integrated communications or marketing programs.
- Familiarity with agency financial processes or resource planning.
- Experience using project management or workflow management platforms.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, with familiarity navigating FDA, legal and regulatory review processes, is a plus.
Pay Range: $65,000 -$80,000 USD/yr.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
