The SIGA-3 will work closely with the software development, systems engineering, and test team to provide signals analysis and subject matter expertise as the team refines and builds applications to enable mission.  Experience with ELINT, EWIRDB, and RTM are desired. The candidate should have experience with various enterprise tools. Day to day activities include working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.

Position Requirements

- Shall have experience in the capture and refinement of system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development priorities.

- Shall have experience performing user and group training as well as assisting in the development of training materials.

- Shall have experience leading outreach activities to grow the product user community.

- Shall have experience in the development and execution of  requirernents, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.

- Shall have experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE , REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.

Basic Requirements

- The Sr. TechSIGINT SME shall have at least 15 years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields may be substituted for four years of experience.

Pay Rate

Salary range considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
