About this role
As the ITV Customer Service Representative, you will assist underwriters by processing home inspections and policy changes. Join our team to deliver personalized service that demonstrates the value of being insured by Chubb.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service and quality technical content in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume environment.
- Assume ownership and timeliness in processing home inspections, transacting policy changes, and updating underwriting notes efficiently and accurately.
- Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems while supporting underwriting.
- Learn and maintain a high regard for accuracy in personal lines insurance principles, Chubb products, and home inspection details.
- Efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve home inspection processes.
- Maintain established levels of productivity, service, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners, supporting a partnership with underwriting centers to provide a quality experience for agents and clients.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned.

Experience/Knowledge a Plus:
- Experience with Masterpiece systems and processes
- Knowledge and proficiency with RiskID, PLUW, Portrait
- Proficient/Intermediate MS Office skills, including Outlook
- Knowledge of Chubb Personal Risk Products
The pay range for the role is $40,000 to $67,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website . The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
