REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- HS Diploma/GED
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- OSBP-PhT (Certified Pharmacy Tech) within 90 days of hire for anyone without a current Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy Technician license
SKILLS:
- Phase I Training must be completed within 1 week of hire and Phase II Training must be ongoing or completed within in the first 90 days of receiving their license
- 25 wpm typing
