The annual base salary for this position ranges from $92,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $183,400.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join Nike’s Lifestyle Footwear Product Testing team in New York and serve as the testing point person for key franchise footwear projects. You’ll collaborate with Lifestyle Product Creation teams and build relationships with a diverse community of athletes to understand their needs and capture meaningful feedback on test models.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Footwear Product Testing Analyst to join our Lifestyle Footwear Product Testing team in New York. This role manages product testing programs that translate athlete insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Product Creation teams. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building, planning, and project-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You should be comfortable conducting perception studies, selecting appropriate research methodologies, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and communicating findings through concise, compelling reports. A strong understanding of footwear construction, fit, comfort, and manufacturing processes will help you connect athlete feedback to meaningful product recommendations.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Product Development, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- Five years of professional experience in footwear, product testing, product development, marketing, engineering, retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including experience identifying trends, gathering consumer insights, and presenting clear recommendations.
- Experience working with athletes, coaches, equipment managers, or diverse consumer communities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, and statistical analysis is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Travel up to 10% annually, domestically and internationally.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll manage footwear testing programs from initial planning through final reporting, connecting athlete experiences with product decisions. By combining consumer insights, testing expertise, and knowledge of footwear construction, you’ll help Product Creation teams identify opportunities to improve performance, fit, comfort, and the overall product experience.

- Plan and manage end-to-end footwear testing programs, including timelines, test methodologies, participant requirements, and deliverables.
- Recruit and build relationships with diverse athletes and consumers who represent the intended product user.
- Facilitate fit tests, wear tests, feedback sessions, and perception studies in environments relevant to the product.
- Analyze quantitative data and subjective feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and product concerns.
- Translate testing results into concise reports and actionable recommendations for Lifestyle Product Creation teams.
- Apply your understanding of footwear materials, components, construction, and manufacturing processes to support product decisions.
- Clearly identify performance, fit, and comfort issues requiring attention before production.
