We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Class A Yard Jockey with a Class A license and experienced with maneuvering large trucks across the Easton, PA Plant as well as loading and unloading trailers and trucks!

What will your job involve?
- Safely maneuver trailers, yard trucks, straight trucks, and tractor-trailers (26'-53') throughout the yard and local facilities
- Perform daily trailer spotting, dock positioning, and yard organization to support efficient loading and unloading operations
- Conduct and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections while maintaining DOT compliance and accurate log records
- Execute local shuttle runs between plants, transfer stations, landfills, and other nearby locations as needed
- Load, unload, sort, and stage palletized and non-palletized materials while ensuring accurate inventory and waste tracking
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to support warehouse and transportation activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant yard environment, including debris removal and adherence to environmental regulations
- Accurately record manifests, waste counts, weights, and shipment documentation
- Inspect, clean, decontaminate, and prepare containers, transporters, and equipment for redistribution and reuse
- Collaborate with warehouse, plant, and logistics teams to coordinate trailer movements and support daily operations
- Follow all company, DOT, OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations, including proper PPE usage and incident reporting
- Communicate shift updates and operational status to ensure seamless handoffs between teams
What are we looking for?
- Class A license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
- Minimum 3 years experience operating trucks and trailers up to 53 foot
- Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
- Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
- Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
- Proven longevity in past employment
