Reporting to the VP, Vendor Management Field Services, the Part-Time Vendor QA Specialist, Field Services position is responsible for supporting the Vendor Management Field Services department and its expansive third-party vendor network. This role executes and improves processes related to vendor onboarding, quality assurance, risk mitigation and due diligence.
Additionally, this position collaborates with the Field Services team to ensure vendors meet company and client standards, while also contributing to the development of training materials, procedural documentation and audit support. This role maintains vendor accountability, enhances communication and drives continuous improvement across field service operations to meet evolving business and client needs.
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma/ GED required; Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 1+ years experience in property management, construction, vendor management or quality control
- 1+ years experience in the property preservation industry strongly preferred
- Familiarity with investor guidelines for FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment

Compensation
- The hourly range for this position is between $18.00 to $22.00 hourly
