The Oaks is a secure post-adjudication facility located in Brownwood, Texas that provides comprehensive services to young man & woman (13-17), using a trauma-informed, strength-based, gender responsive model. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features group, individual, and family therapy, on-site schooling, individual dorm rooms, and extracurricular opportunities for the young men. Pay: starting at $20.50 hour+ depending on relevant education and experience

What you will do : As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. Depending on location, the Case Manager reports to the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager and/or Program Director.

To be considered, you should : Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

Have a BA/BS in a related field. Have prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies. Have a desire to work with troubled teens. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Schedule: Sunday through Saturday, 8-hour shifts, based on staffing needs. 40-hour work week.
