Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment in assigned areas which may include, but not be limited to: patient rooms, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and lobby areas.
Essential Functions
- Maintains a clean/neat environment in working area. These areas may include, but not be limited to: patient rooms, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and lobby areas.
- Participates in all cleaning activities as assigned. These may include, but not be limited to dusting, washing, drying, mopping, vacuuming, moving furniture, and emptying trash.
- Keeps assigned area fully stocked with supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining stock on individual cleaning carts including wet and dry supplies.
- Maintain good customer relations at all times by demonstrating a good rapport and cooperative working relationship with employees, all departments, coworkers and other pertinent staff.
- Responsible for managing workload.
- Maintain competency and serve as a resource to staff members as needed.
- Maintains a clean/neat environment in working area. These areas may include, but not be limited to: patient rooms, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and lobby areas.
