OneStream Architect

The OneStream Architect owns the technical strategy, architecture, and governance for Topgolf’s OneStream platform. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Technology to deliver reliable, scalable solutions for consolidation, reconciliations, transaction matching, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and future EPM capabilities. The position is accountable for evolving OneStream from a financial close and reporting platform into an enterprise performance management capability that improves planning, scenario modeling, executive reporting, and data-driven decision making across the business.

Define and maintain the overall OneStream platform architecture, including dimensional models, metadata strategy, security frameworks, workflows, reporting structures, and governance standards.

Lead solution design and implementation for consolidation, account reconciliations, transaction matching, intercompany processing, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and cash flow reporting capabilities.

Lead architecture and solution design for OneStream Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, and Scenario Modeling capabilities, partnering with FP&A leadership to modernize planning processes and support future replacement of legacy planning tools.

Architect and oversee integrations between OneStream, SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications to ensure accurate automated financial data flows.

Act as the primary technical advisor and solution authority for Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and FP&A stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions.

Establish architecture standards, design reviews, development practices, release governance, and production support processes to drive long-term platform sustainability.

Provide technical direction to implementation partners, consultants, managed service providers, and project teams to ensure quality solution delivery.

Develop internal platform capabilities through documentation, training, runbooks, and knowledge transfer activities, enabling greater self-sufficiency and organizational maturity.

9+ Years Enterprise applications, ERP, financial systems, EPM, CPM, or solution architecture experience

7+ Years OneStream architecture, implementation, administration, and optimization

5+ Years Financial close, consolidation, reporting, transaction matching, account reconciliations, financial planning and analysis or cash flow processes

5+ Years

Leading enterprise application implementations and technical workstreams

3+ Years Managing consulting partners, managed services providers, and third-party technical teams

5+ Years OneStream Certified Architect, Lead Architect, or equivalent certification
