Licensed Therapist

The Recovery Village is a nationwide behavioral health treatment network focused on evidence-based care for addiction and mental health conditions. Our teams work to support patients through treatment that is compassionate, clinically grounded, and centered on long-term recovery.

In this role, you will help deliver meaningful therapeutic support to adults in a residential treatment environment, contributing to care that is collaborative, patient-focused, and responsive to each individual's recovery journey. You will play an important part in helping patients build stability, develop coping strategies, and move forward with a clear plan for continued care.

Responsibilities

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation with support from Heather AI.
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Active Missouri therapist license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LSW, or MFTC.
- Experience providing individual and group therapy.
- Experience completing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
- Experience working with adult patients and supporting individuals with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Availability to work Sundays through Thursdays 8am-4:30pm and one weekday evening until 6:00pm.
- Experience providing therapy in residential, PHP, or IOP treatment settings is preferred.
