As a Business Analysis Associate II within the Receivables Operations Public Sector group, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping how we operate turning complex data into clear insights and driving initiatives that support business growth. You will work closely with leaders and colleagues across the division, balancing collaborative team projects with independent work that directly influences key business decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with operations management to influence key decisions and advance business initiatives
- Analyze operational, performance, and financial data to deliver clear, actionable insights
- Drive the strategic growth and development of the enterprise data lake, implementing best practices to maintain data integrity and optimize data accuracy across business operations
- Build executive-level summaries that translate complex analyses into compelling narratives
- Develop detailed capacity models and short- and long-term forecasting projections
- Design and build both quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic planning
- Identify performance and process improvement opportunities through data-driven recommendations
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners across lines of business
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, managing timelines and deliverables with minimal supervision
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong problem-solving ability with a solid project management and meeting facilitation skills
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and the ability to identify underlying trends and influences
- Proficiency in data repository usage, storage, and querying, including experience with data lake platforms and cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, or Databricks)
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline management
- Experience applying statistical data to evaluate and communicate performance results
- Ability to apply knowledge of data security and governing principles
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint along with Experience with Visio, Jira, Tableau, Alteryx, and SharePoint
- Strong capabilities in metrics development, forecasting, and budgeting
- Flexibility to work non-traditional or additional hours as business needs arise
- This role will require a government security clearance and requires proof of U.S. Legal Permanent Residence for 7 years
