Custodial Supervisor

Job Overview
Gold's Gym is looking for a dependable and hardworking Custodial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team. You will make sure our gym floors, locker rooms, and workout equipment stay clean, safe, and sanitized for all members. You will supervise daily cleaning tasks, manage inventory supplies, and set staff schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise Staff: Lead, train, and manage the custodial team to meet high cleanliness standards.
-Scheduling: Create daily and weekly work shifts, including morning, midday, and weekend hours.
-Sanitation & Cleaning: Maintain clean and sanitized gym equipment, locker rooms, stairs, and office areas.
-Inventory Control: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, and tissue.
-Safety & Maintenance: Keep floor areas orderly, empty trash bins, and report any facility maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Qualifications
-Experience: At least 2 years of custodial or janitorial experience, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
-Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) during a standard shift.
-Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and good communication skills.
-Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
