Director of Contracts Management Location : Corporate, fully remote Employment Type : Full-time, Exempt Salary : $120,000.00-$125,000.00 Date Posted : 9/30/2026 ABOUT THE ROLE The CMO Director oversees Clarvida’s contractual relationships with vendors, contractors, and partners. This role ensures contracts are accurately drafted, effectively negotiated and consistently enforced to minimize risk and support organizational objectives. The CMO Director contributes to compliance, operational efficiency, and strong business partnerships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directs and leads CMO Team, overseeing CMO operations including maintaining compliance with Clarvida policies and procedures, CMO guidelines and industry best practices.
- Assist with and/or draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including execution, renewal, and closeout.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Market Operations teams to obtain necessary inputs.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all obligations are met.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain organized digital records for all contract documents.
- Track deliverables and payments to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current with relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft CMO policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance on contract management practices.
- Prepare and present contract status reports to leadership.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ related experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Advanced degree or contract management certification preferred.

- Supervision of CMO staff.
