Your Impact

The Facilities Support Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the Repair Team, providing frontline technical analysis, support, and resolution for Facility Management issues originating from the Facilities Hotline, Work Order Management System, Power BI reporting, Asset/Incident mailboxes, and Planned Maintenance Inspections.

This role ensures Facilities Maintenance activities are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively, delivering maximum value to Lowe's. The position directly supervises 7–9 Facilities Analysts supporting approximately 600 retail locations.

What You Will Do
- Lead and develop Facilities Analysts to ensure effective execution of break-fix repairs and planned maintenance activities

- Monitor ServiceChannel and Power BI reporting to evaluate vendor performance, adjust store assignments, and drive achievement of corporate targets

- Partner with Facilities Analysts and Real Estate Finance to ensure accurate invoice receipt, review, reconciliation, and payment processing

- Monitor, review and adjust facility forecasted spend for planned maintenance, reactive repair and planned projects in conjunction with Real Estate finance

- Conduct trend and risk analysis on repair and project spend, identifying mitigation strategies for high-risk categories

- Support the Division Facilities Director in analyzing spend trends and identifying savings opportunities, including schedule and budget adjustments

- Evaluate and report on Repair Team performance metrics (e.g., incident volume, resolution time, escalation rates, call efficiency)

- Assess vendor performance based on quality, responsiveness, pricing, and operational alignment with store needs

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Facilities Maintenance, Engineering & Construction, Real Estate, and Store Operations to ensure alignment on initiatives

- Partner with the Division Facilities Director to define project scope thresholds for transition to Engineering & Construction

- Monitor Lowe’s Media frequencies and request from Lowe’s Legal to address concerns or provide insight on Lowe’s Facility Maintenance activities

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 8 Years Experience in facilities management, preferably in big-box retail

- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in facilities operations

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills driven by data and business case evaluation

- Thorough knowledge of facilities maintenance and how to proactively maintain the health of an asset

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills/Education
- 3 years of experience with asset/work order management systems

- Demonstrated application of cost-benefit and ROI-driven decision-making

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization

- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior operational leaders

- Background in customer service and consistent achievement of SLA performance metrics
