The Opportunity:

Performs a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information. Serve as the Site Security Manager (SSM) for secure space projects and provide program and technical support across Booz Allen Secure Space initiatives. Lead secure space design, construction, commissioning, and accreditation activities for DoD Collateral Open Storage Areas, Restricted Areas, and IC SCIF/SAPF facilities. Collaborate in the planning, design, construction, and accreditation efforts of secure spaces. Partner with corporate leadership, market teams, program managers, and enterprise technology staff to capture or define secure space requirements and deliver solutions to secure space needs companywide. Seek or provide security solutions or recommendations to construction challenges. Assist security team members on the documentation requirements of secure space builds and creation of necessary documentation, including pre-construction documentation, Construction Security Plans, Fixed Facility checklists, and other documentation, supporting Secure Space construction approvals and accreditation efforts. Liaison with the DoD and Intelligence Communities’ counterparts to stay informed of changing requirements, convey needs, and facilitate construction or accreditation efforts of secure spaces.

You Have:

- 3+ years of experience in industrial security or secure space construction management such as ICD 705, TEMPEST, and 32 CFR Part 117
- Experience leading CSP enforcement, design and security reviews, commissioning, and accreditation documentation such as FFC, CSP, SOPs, and as-built designs
- Knowledge of IDS, UL2050, access control, acoustic and RF mitigations, and physical security hardware
- Ability to interpret and technically review construction drawings against government security standards and best practices.
- Ability to communicate and influence across SSOG, Global Workplace, CIO, SEO, Physical Security, and market and program teams
- Ability to support 30%, 60%, and 90% design security reviews, ensure boundary, acoustic and RF, IDS, and access control features meet standards and program objectives
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to CONUS locations
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

- Experience with TEMPEST design and coordination
- Experience coordinating with Facilities and Real Estate, construction PMs, and external A/E and trade partners across design and build cycles
- Experience with UL2050 certification processes and GSOC monitoring integrations
- Knowledge of RF shielding, waveguides, power filters, and acoustic mitigation.
- Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
