POSITION SUMMARY

Provide support to Senior Management personnel by effectively managing his/her schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible, complex, and confidential administrative, secretarial, and analytical and research duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative support for senior management.

- Prepares correspondence and report. Screens telephone calls and visitors.

- Schedules appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.

- Provide administrative support to the management staff

- Collects, compiles and analyzes complex and confidential data and information.

- Stays abreast of organization policies and practices, organization operations and personnel.

- Within established guidelines, makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work.

- Monitor project(s) progress to ensure compliance with deadlines.

- Create and disseminate various communications & reports.

- Greets scheduled visitors and guests, when needed.

- Effectively communicate with employees, customers, suppliers & others on behalf of senior management.

OTHER DUTIES (Site Specific)

- May be expected to cross train in other administrative staff functions to support the site and contribute to associate development.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Work overtime as dictated by business whether mandatory or voluntary

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

- 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant for Executive Level Management

- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

- None

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

Computer Skills

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Language Skills

- English (reading, writing, verbal)

Mathematical Skills

- Intermediate

Other

- Effective communication skills (all modes) that reflect a high level of professionalism.

- Capable of multitasking and performing general administrative skills.

- Completes work with limited degree of supervision.

- Ability to assess the validity and applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options circumstances that are not covered by procedures.

- Strong business writing skills needed.

- Strong reading and math skills focused attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5-years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant for Executive Level Management

- Bilingual in English & Spanish (reading, writing, verbal)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee rarely is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $62,400-$78,000 USD Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
