About the Role:

The District Manager III is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and strengthening Electrolux Major Appliances’ partnership with Warners’ Stellian. This role develops and executes sales strategies focused on growing topline revenue, optimizing product mix, managing budgets, and improving key business performance metrics. Working cross-functionally with customer stakeholders and internal Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations teams, this position uses data and market insights to identify opportunities, influence business decisions, and improve the overall customer experience. Success in this role requires strong communication, collaboration, financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute profitable sales strategies to drive topline growth, improve balance of share, and optimize product and brand mix across Frigidaire, Frigidaire Gallery, and Electrolux.
- Analyze sales, sell-through, financial, and industry data to identify trends, measure performance, and develop strategies that maximize sales and profitability.
- Partner with customer stakeholders and internal Marketing and Merchandising teams to expand product assortment, execute new product introductions (NPI), and develop effective promotional and advertising strategies.
- Lead and coordinate product and sales training initiatives for Warners’ Stellian retail sales teams to increase product knowledge and brand engagement.
- Manage performance against financial and volume objectives, including promotional investments, budgets, and other key sales metrics.
- Collaborate with customer and internal operational teams to improve product availability, open orders and backorders, delivery, customer reviews, aftermarket care, and returns or damages.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of customer-facing and internal information, including pricing, product imagery, promotional investments, item setup, reporting, and transactional documentation.
- Develop and deliver data-driven presentations, business reviews, reporting, and recommendations that effectively communicate performance, opportunities, and strategic priorities to internal and customer stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of sales or account management experience supporting major retail customers; experience within an assisted-selling retail environment preferred.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities with experience interpreting sales data, measuring performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven business decisions.
- Working knowledge of retail merchandising, product development, advertising, sales, and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to develop reports, analyze business performance, and create effective presentations.

The anticipated salary range/wage scale for candidates is $89,400.00 to $111,000.00 per year. [Commission amounts vary based on performance, but the expected target earnings from commissions are approximately $59,600 to $74,000 per year. in addition to the base salary compensation.] The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors including experience, skills, and education.  Full time employees are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, our company’s 401k and deferred compensation plan, paid parental leave, 3 weeks of vacation, and 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.  Electrolux will comply with all state and local laws regarding employment leave benefits.
