How You Will Make History Here…

The Production Scheduler develops and manages production schedules for the Napoleon Soup facility to achieve customer service, inventory, and operational performance objectives. This role balances demand requirements, inventory targets, manufacturing capacity, material availability, labor, equipment, and other operational constraints to optimize production execution and product availability. As a key member of the supply chain organization, this position supports the Demand Driven Supply Network (DDSN) strategy, drives schedule adherence, resolves production exceptions, and aligns production plans with business objectives.

What You Will Do…

- Develop and manage finite production schedules that balance customer service, inventory, capacity, material availability, labor, and equipment constraints.
- Partner with plant operations and planning teams to resolve scheduling issues and adjust plans in response to changing business and operational requirements.
- Independently investigate and resolve complex operational and system-related challenges while maintaining production continuity.
- Monitor schedule performance and drive operational efficiency improvements.
- Support Demand Driven Supply Network (DDSN) execution through optimized production sequencing and schedule adherence.
- Analyze production exceptions, assess schedule impacts, and coordinate corrective actions across planning, operations, logistics, and quality teams.
- Monitor plan compliance and drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes.
- Coordinate production scheduling for new product launches, reformulations, packaging changes, component transitions, and promotional activities.
- Partner with Product Development and Supply Planning teams to ensure successful product introductions and transitions.
- Provide supply chain and scheduling support for plant and corporate projects.
- Lead production scheduling meetings to review schedule performance, constraints, and priorities.
- Participate in Daily Direction Setting meetings to align production schedules with operational and material planning needs.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and schedule alignment.
- Influence and align stakeholders with competing priorities to achieve consensus and support business objectives.

Who You Will Work With…

You will collaborate closely with plant operations, supply planning, deployment planning, material planning, logistics, quality, Product Development, and other plant and corporate stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table… (Must Have)

- Minimum 3 years of production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or related supply chain experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

It Would be Great if You Have… (Nice to Have)

- Experience with SAP planning and scheduling tools, including APO and PPDS/MP&S.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and supply chain planning.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$64,800-$89,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
