- Lead end-to-end pilots and tests, including scope definition, property and stakeholder coordination, vendor management, issue resolution, field feedback, implementation readiness, measurement, and post-pilot recommendations.
- Partner with Finance, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to establish measurement plans, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, and evaluate return on investment and cost-of-ownership considerations.
- Independently lead multiple concurrent cross-functional workstreams by developing integrated project plans, establishing governance and decision points, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies and risks, and escalating issues with clear options and recommendations.
- Maintain transparent and current visibility into program performance and proactively communicate progress, decisions, risks, delays, dependencies, and blockers to appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate implementation and communication strategies, including toolkits, guidance, reporting, training and socialization plans, stakeholder communications, and concise leadership-ready materials.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for field teams, franchisees, hotel operators, vendors, and internal partners, resolving program questions and connecting stakeholders with appropriate resources as needed.
- Support the development, audit, and maintenance of brand standards, guidelines, fee schedules, budget guidance, vendor materials, and related documentation to promote consistency, quality, accuracy, and version control.
