Our Director of Clinical Risk Management will lead and manage Franciscan Physician Network’s risk management clinical program. They are responsible for identifying, assessing, and recommending actions for actual and potential clinical exposures to the organization, with a goal of improved patient safety.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- This role will sit out of one of our Franciscan locations that is closest to your home locatio n.
- Oversee clinical risk management; identify and mitigate clinical risk
- Develop and utilize an Assessment Survey at the Practices to proactively identify trends and exposures to patients and staff
- Perform RCA’s, to propose new standard or procedures to improve Patient Safety
- Manage the Franciscan Physician Network Risk Manager, to create a proactive risk management department.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree - Required
- Master's Degree - Preferred
- 5 years Nursing or Clinical Risk Management - Required
- Risk Management Certifications - within 90 days of hire - Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in applicable state - Preferred

Up to 20%
