About this role
The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in the areas of foreign threat radars and air defense systems. The position will include technical leadership and mentorship of personnel supporting contracts related to analysis in these areas. Additionally, the selectee will be responsible for the following: developing relationships with current and prospective customers including senior military and civilian US Government program representatives (Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community (IC)) organizations, US allies, and commercial customers; identifying strategic teaming opportunities; and summarizing and communicating information to management and technical staff with recommendations for strategic next steps on upcoming opportunities in the DoW and the IC.
The qualified candidate must demonstrate proficiency in all-source intelligence and knowledge of intelligence sources. Specifically they must have experience working with technical experts across the DoW, IC, industry, and US allies; must have the capability to grow and develop radar and all-source analysis capabilities and foster leadership capabilities within the workforce; and work with Radiance leadership to develop strategic plans to assist in achieving short and long-range business objectives and in evaluating new business opportunities and competitive strategies.
Required Skills:
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph
- Engineering degree
- Strong communication skills
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 30 years of related experience in Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis
- Proven knowledge of IC and DoW markets
- Experience working with interagency and allied partners on intelligence analysis and support to operations
- Experience with performing engineering analysis of foreign weapon systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical S&TI sources
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and leading engineers from graduate to experienced analysts and team leaders
- Demonstrated oral and written communications skills, including extensive experience performing formal presentations to government customers and senior leadership
