About the Role:
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital ecosystem across all three brands. You'll lead digital strategy, website management, lead generation, marketing automation, SEO, paid media, analytics, and continuous optimization while partnering closely with Marketing, Business Development, Leasing, IT, and Executive Leadership.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. Someone who loves digging into data as much as building campaigns, improving user experiences, and finding new ways to drive measurable business results.

This role plays a key part in maximizing the impact of our digital marketing efforts, helping generate qualified leads, improve brand visibility, and build the scalable digital infrastructure needed to support our continued growth.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across DLC, Renovo, and NWS.
- Own and manage our company websites, landing pages, and overall digital experience.
- Build and optimize lead generation campaigns that support leasing, construction, acquisitions, and business development.
- Manage HubSpot marketing automation, lead nurturing, CRM integrations, and conversion funnels.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies while monitoring website performance, search rankings, and user experience.
- Manage paid digital advertising, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics, HubSpot, and reporting dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Partner with Marketing, Leasing, Business Development, IT, and Executive Leadership to support strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with content, design, and communications teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.

What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEO, SEM, paid media, and marketing automation.
- Experience managing websites and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- A proven track record of developing digital campaigns that drive leads and measurable business results.
- Experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, developers, agencies, and cross-functional business teams.
- A strategic, analytical mindset paired with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for continuous improvement.

The expected salary for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
