About this role

Skip the “entry-level grunt-work,” and start making a real impact on Day 1. The Launch Program is your opportunity to onboard into your full-time role at Red Ventures in a cohort-style environment that gives in-depth training around RV’s beliefs, culture, business model, and leadership. Your first few weeks in training will be alongside a cross-functional cohort group of new RV employees starting their careers across all roles and teams. These individuals will become your built-in support system and community as you navigate the start of your career at Red Ventures.

After your initial onboarding period, you’ll join one of RV’s teams, meet your manager and mentor, and find unparalleled opportunities to make a substantial impact and quickly advance your career. You will also receive ongoing learning and development opportunities over the first year of career with the goal of leveling up in two years with strong performance.

The Launch Program is NOT a rotational program or training role that could end in a job offer – it’s a true full-time role that gives you the Red Ventures 101 before turning you loose to dive in and make a measurable impact on your team!

What You’ll Do:

- Join a team within Red Ventures – you’ll be placed into one of our functional groups such as building products, driving customer acquisition strategies or operating a P&L where you'll contribute to meaningful projects while gaining exposure to how each function drives impact across the business.
(Note: functional placements depend on business need and candidate skill alignment and are assigned post-hire).

- As an Analyst, you'll combine strong analytical thinking, AI fluency, product judgment, and an entrepreneurial mindset to translate complex, ambiguous business challenges into clear, measurable projects with end-to-end execution – narrowing it into a testable hypothesis, defining how success will be measured, and driving it from idea to recommendation.

- Translate complex business problems into clear, measurable projects. You'll see the big picture but also dive into details to uncover new opportunities for growth and optimization.

- Synthesize insights into a clear, concise narrative that lands with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- You’ll be expected to work independently across full-funnel datasets: pull, manipulate, and validate your own data from raw sources, build models to analyze trends and surface business opportunities.

- Use AI tools as a normal part of how you work, staying close to the cutting edge of emerging technology — like generative AI and Machine Learning — to identify how it can be deployed to solve business problems in ways we haven't imagined before.

- Own not just the workstream, but the outcome: proactively spot where technology, data, or new thinking can solve a problem before you're asked to look for it.

- You’ll have access to mentors to help in your growth and development, and you’ll get the opportunity to present your work to your business and leadership

What We're Looking For:

- Graduating December 2026 or Summer 2027 with a relevant undergraduate degree such as (but not limited to) business, engineers, industrial engineers, data analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a combination of these.

- Start date in our August 2027 cohort.

- Foundational analytics toolkit — data extraction, manipulation, and visualization (e.g., Advanced Exce, SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Python).

- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and a genuine curiosity about how AI systems actually work — not just what they can do for you today, but some working sense of how they function, so you're positioned to apply new capabilities as they emerge rather than waiting to be shown.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business instincts, with a desire to understand how products create value for consumers and willingness to innovate by exercising discernment, sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

- Strong grit, bias to action and a committed, intrinsically motivated effort toward raising the bar through constant learning and improvement.

- Demonstrated ability to drive decisions and behavior changes through analytical capabilities and data-driven solutions.

- Ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- You bring high EQ, no ego, strong empathy, a competitive spirit, and can collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Scrappy, tenacious and passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
