About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Floor Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) , you will provide caring and skilled support to our family of residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing residents and identifying their healthcare needs
- Providing nursing care and treatment in accordance with established plans of care
- Monitoring and evaluating residents' conditions and responses to treatment
- Supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect
- Collaborating with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team
- Maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal healthcare regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for residents and their families

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, active, and unrestricted LPN or RN license in good standing with the Virginia State Board of Nursing
- 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Long-Term Care environment preferred
- Experience working with the geriatric population is a plus
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal healthcare regulations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality resident care
