Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The IT Network Specialist:

- Supports in-person and remote end-users with technical issues and documents resolutions in the ticketing system
- Troubleshoots and manages Office 365 users and applications
- Maintains Windows Server applications and roles
- Supports and installs network hardware: switches, routers, servers, workstations, laptops, copiers and fiber equipment.
- Troubleshoots and responds to network performance and outages.
- Assesses computer equipment operability and processes replacements as required.
- Manages short and long-term technical projects.
- Performs upgrades of hardware and software for various systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 2-4 years of experience in related field
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with Azure AD and Office 365
- Experience with network troubleshooting
- Experience with PC troubleshooting and repair
- Great customer service and documentation
- A+, N+ and MCP certifications are a plus

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, graphic design tools, and presentation platforms
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
