Lead Project Manager – Business Management
Overview
The Oracle Health Federal Consulting team is seeking a Lead Project Manager to lead business management operations and continuous process improvement across the organization. This senior role establishes clear operating rhythms, strengthens process ownership, and helps teams execute consistently as priorities, staffing needs, and delivery demands change.
You will turn complex operational information into practical workflows, decision materials, and action plans. The role partners closely with delivery, finance, and leadership teams to improve how work moves from intake through planning, staffing, execution, and follow-through.
What You'll Do
• Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of core business management processes across the organization
• Establish and maintain process flows, standard operating procedures, and handoff expectations for staffing, hiring, delivery readiness, and resource planning
• Run the recurring business management cadence, including team meetings, workstream reviews, action tracking, and management of risks and dependencies
• Partner with leaders to clarify workstream ownership, decision rights, coverage needs, and changes to roles or reporting structures
• Improve shared documentation, collaboration channels, and business management tools to reduce friction and make information easier to find and use
• Use operational data to monitor demand, staffing coverage, delivery capacity, and workflow trends, then recommend practical improvements
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and variance reviews by connecting business activities, resource plans, and delivery demand
• Build strategy and continuously improvement to dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting that surface progress, risks, and opportunities early
What You'll Bring (Basic Qualifications)
• 8–10 years of experience in project or program management, business operations, or process improvement, preferably within healthcare technology or federal programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
• Experience designing and improving process flows, standard operating procedures, and cross-functional operating rhythms
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into practical plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
• Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives independently while managing competing priorities, risks, and dependencies at scale
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain federal security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant project management or process improvement credential
• Experience with workforce planning, professional services capacity planning, or supply and demand planning in a complex services environment
• Advanced proficiency with collaboration, planning, reporting, and data visualization tools, such as SharePoint, Excel, Oracle EPM, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, or executive decision making through clear operational and financial insights

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
