Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Handling Multi-State/Enterprise Issues Or Situations Adversely Impacting Business Processes (IE Claims/Inquiries) And/Or Servicing Standards. Evaluating Severity Of Processing/Servicing Impacts Via Data Analysis And Trending. Developing And Facilitating Cohesive Alternative Solutions With Multiple Enterprise Touch Points To Resolve Challenges/Defects. Serving As Consultative Operational Resource For Provider Servicing Business Refinements. Creating Instructional/Informative Communication Deliverables For Internal And External Audiences. Designing And Executing Transaction Activities To Support Quality And Accuracy Of Data Exchange Between Hcsc Systems/Applications, Vendors And Providers. Collaborating With Stakeholders For End-To-End Implementation Efforts.

Required Job Qualifications:
* High School Diploma OR GED.
* 3 years of experience in claim administration/auditing with 2 years customer service OR 5 years customer service experience within HCSC.
* Knowledge to include: BlueChip/Inter-Plan, Real Time Benefits, Dashboard, provider pricing/reimbursement and other supporting applications.
* Experience defining systematic approaches to resolve issues and/or performing regression/user acceptance testing.
* Knowledge with HIPAA administrative/financial/clinical transactions.
* Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in all Microsoft applications including access, excel, word and power point
* Analytical skills, detail oriented, interpersonal and organizational skills.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

# Base Pay Range
$47,500.00 - $86,000.00
