The Hertrich Family of Dealerships has an immediate opening for an experienced, motivated Level 1 IT Support / Computer Maintenance Technician based in Milford, Delaware .

This position provides hands-on technical support for our dealerships and collision centers throughout the region. Regional travel is required.

What You'll Do

- Troubleshoot PC, printer, network, and phone issues

- Maintain and repair computers and dealership office equipment

- Install and troubleshoot hardware and software

- Assist users with software and account issues

- Set up PCs, printers, phones, and other equipment

- Diagnose basic network and connectivity problems

- Respond to IT support requests across multiple locations

- Clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of IT, computer repair, or technical support experience

- Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs and printers

- Basic networking and phone-system knowledge

- Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to occasionally work early mornings or late evenings

- Ability and willingness to travel regionally

- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree a plus

- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
