As Supervisor of Project Controls in Power , you will lead a team of project controls professionals supporting Williams' portfolio of power generation, electrical infrastructure, and strategic energy projects that help meet the growing power demands of hyperscale customers and other large-scale energy users. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside Project Execution leadership, engineering teams, EPC contractors, procurement, and key business stakeholders, you will help drive project success through effective cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and performance reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring a high-performing team, implementing standardized project controls processes and tools, and ensuring projects remain aligned with execution strategies, schedules, and budgets. You will provide critical project insights through monthly cost and schedule reporting, support project reviews with leadership, and champion the Williams Project Life Cycle methodology to enhance execution efficiency, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver successful outcomes across a rapidly growing portfolio of innovative power generation and infrastructure projects

Responsibilities/Expectations:

- Recruits, trains and develops a team of highly skilled project controls professionals
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with key stakeholders and leaders
- Oversees the activities of team members to ensure performance and resolution of critical issues
- Implements consistent work processes, tools and procedures to increase project execution efficiency and effectiveness across the area in support of enterprise objectives
- Establishes and maintains effective project controls deliverables to ensure that projects stay on track and that accurate status reports and forecasts are maintained
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand business drivers and priorities to ensure the team's activities are in alignment
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction management, engineering or business related field from accredited institution and minimum 3 (three) years of experience in project controls or project management
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction management, engineering or business related field from accredited institution and minimum 5 (five) years of experience in project controls or project management

Other Requirements:

- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Demonstrates formal or informal leadership experience/expertise
- Familiar with project financials, scheduling and capital cost management strategies
- Preferred: Understanding of the full project life cycle, risk evaluation procedures/applications such as Monte Carlo simulations and critical path planning
