We are currently hiring a Part-Time Medical Biller (Medicaid) for $20–$22 per hour.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Must reside in or within commuting distance of the Greater St. Louis, Missouri area.

- Knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, payment posting, EOBs, denials, and payer requirements preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure information is accurate and complete

- Ability to work independently while also being part of a team

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and company information

- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

WHAT YOULL DO

- Prepare and submit healthcare claims accurately and on time

- Process Medicaid billing and meet payer requirements

- Review claims and follow up on denied or unpaid claims

- Post payments and resolve billing discrepancies

- Respond to billing questions from patients and insurance companies

- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation

- Assist with reports, data entry, and account reconciliation

- Identify billing errors and provide administrative support as needed
