Work Schedule
Per Diem, varied schedule. Day shift, Monday thru Saturday 8:00-4:30. You will work at the UW Health Belvidere Hospital.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications
- Graduated of an accredited College of Pharmacy. Required
- Completion of ASHP-accredited residency. Preferred
Work Experience
- No experience required.
- 2 years of health care system pharmacy. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. Required
