Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

How will you make an impact & Requirements
What You'll Do
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Review and document medical histories, medications, and chief complaints
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Assist providers with exams, treatments, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing
- Complete patient follow-up tasks and coordinate care within established protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Manage supplies, vaccines, medications, and inventory needs
- Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and clinical areas remain clean, organized, and ready for patient care
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications
Preferred
- Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, NCMA, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in an outpatient or primary care setting
