We are looking for seasoned engineers with a dedicated passion for customer focused solutions, insight and industry knowledge to envision and implement future technical solutions that will manage and optimize the Cloud infrastructure.  </span></p></div><div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> We are looking for a Senior Signal Integrity Lab Engineer to join the team. </span></p></div><div><p> </p></div><div><p> </p></div><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Plan and Execute Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Measurements on Azure Compute Hardware, including measurements with Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) and Oscilloscopes.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Assemble and prepare computer/server hardware for measurement and testing by adding instrumentation, making modifications including but not limited to soldering to install or remove components from printed circuit boards.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Develop innovative probing solutions to streamline measurements while improving accuracy and repeatability. </span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Post process and prepare reports for validation data and deliver to engineers for review and sign-off.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Maintain lab equipment and lab infrastructure, staying knowledgeable of industry trends and equipment capabilities from key suppliers.</span></p></li></ul></div><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">5+ years of previous work experience as an Engineering Technician or Validation Engineer. </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">5+ years of experience making electrical measurements on circuit boards, including oscilloscope, time-domain reflectometry (TDR), or vector network analyzer (VNA) measurements.</span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">5+ years of experience assembling computer systems or other complex electrical systems, </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">and soldering/desoldering components on circuit boards.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Other Requirements: </strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
