On the day-to-day, you will:

- Identify, research, and build a robust pipeline of potential provider partners within assigned geographies to meet expansion goals

- Execute outreach strategies to prospective providers, serving as a primary advocate for the PACE model and its benefits to participants

- Lead the process of getting prospective providers to sign contracts, partnering closely with the Network Strategy team to ensure alignment with organizational needs

- Support the Network Strategy Manager in contracting with larger health systems, specialists, and facilities

- Guide partners from initial training on plan policies and technology (e.g., Provider Portal) through ongoing engagement

- Establish strong, trusted relationships with contracted partners, leading Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings when appropriate to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction

- Build collaborative relationships with Clinical Operations, Utilization Management, Claims, and PACE center leadership to ensure seamless communication and workflow integration

Job requirements include:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; professional experience may be substituted

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in provider relations field work; experience in a managed care organization preferred

- Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond in providing service to providers or partners

- Proven experience building trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and delivering a service-centric experience

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
